Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Avalon NextGen Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Avalon NextGen provides web consultancy, custom web development, and ERP systems integration. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and intellectual property developed during the course of a project remain the property of NexGen until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the specific deliverables is transferred to the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

NexGen Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any data collected during our consultancy or development process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant international data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
